The value for money at the hotel was excellent, especially considering the spacious and luxurious room we had. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the French Riviera and easy access to downtown Saint Tropez. The staff treated us exceptionally well, from the warm welcome we received from the General Manager to the attentive service provided by the concierge and restaurant staff.
The breakfast option could have been better by offering a larger variety of choices to cater to different dietary preferences and restrictions.

The concierge are in involved in everything. They want to take tip for everything.you cant use any taxi or go to golf without buying tee from them 150 euro. You cant go there for practice or to have lunch without paying 150euro or if you pay somthing to cocierge that they have good relations with golf ''they say so''.if you dont use the rent-a-car or taxi or restaurant then he has very angry face and very rude. Espacially the french one.the waiter and waitres are very very nice amd polite.

the area and facility are beautiful. but the hotel is really a 3 star, not a 4 star, in overall quality. and the prices are outrageous, i would stay somewhere else next time for less than half the price.
the prices are ridiculous. i paid nearly $1000 per night and got a room next to the dining room with early morning and late night noise.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, beautiful hotel, best service, stunning view, amazing breakfast.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The view is absolutely breathtaking. We had a seaview room on the main reception level with a huge balcony. We had two lounge chairs, an umbrella, and a table and two chairs for eating. Pure luxury and again, the view is exquisite. The room overall was very comfortable even though we had a classic size room. Book the classic room with the seaview in this hotel!!!
The thermostat in the room was difficult to operate. There are hardly any English speaking channels on the tv which seems to be the case all over Europe.

The service is perfect. The staff is very friendly and considerable. And the view is so beautiful just like a painting.

Located in a residential area on top of a hill, the hotel offers beautiful views of the bay from the terrace. The rooms and bathrooms are well-maintained and luxurious with plenty of storage space. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering great service and a mix of international guests. Breakfast is delicious and amenities like the spa and bar are top-notch.
The hotel lacks adequate soundproofing, making it hard to sleep through the noise from nearby establishments.

The staff made me feel at home, nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect for avoiding traffic and planning my day. The spacious room had a beautiful view. The breakfast was the best I've had in the area.
Nothing, all great.

Had a lovely weekend here. the view is breathtaking, with beautiful boats and hills in sight. the staff is friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are clean and spacious. One of the best aspects is the outdoor space, perfect for relaxing by the pool. the private terrace is a great bonus to enjoy the view even more.
The location is a bit remote, and taxis can be expensive if you want to go to town or to the beach. the shower situation is weird, with no shower curtains or fixed heads, which can be uncomfortable.

Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The hotel's location was very convenient for my business meetings.
The staff was unfriendly and unaccommodating, offering no assistance with my heavy luggage. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to work from my room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was a truly luxurious experience. The spa and wellness centre provided an extensive range of exclusive amenities that left me feeling pampered and rejuvenated. The outdoor swimming pool with its sun terrace and sun loungers provided a relaxing and sophisticated atmosphere. The manicure and beauty treatments were exceptional, leaving me feeling refreshed and radiant. The exclusive in-room breakfast was abundant and delicious, showcasing the hotel's exquisite dining options.
The only minor issue I found was with the poolside snack bar, which had limited options and was a bit overpriced. However, this was a small blip in an otherwise outstanding experience.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel on our honeymoon. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, providing the best seating for dinner, upgrading our room, and even greeting us with a bottle of rose. The view of the French Riviera from the hotel was breathtaking, and the location on the hilltop provided stunning views across the bay to St Maxine. The cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable bed in our room added to the overall positive experience. The breakfast on the terrace was delicious, and the staff were all very kind and helpful.
Nothing for us.
